​用料:

火龍果 100克

香蕉 1/2隻 (50克)

脫脂奶 200 毫升

蜂蜜 1茶匙


Pitaya 100g

Banana 1/2 each (50g)

Skim milk 200mL

Honey   1tsp

步驟:

1.香蕉切成小片,火龍果切成小件備用

2.將香蕉,火龍果及脫脂奶加入攪拌機中打汁

3.加入蜂蜜調味即成


1.Slice the banana

2.Peel the pitaya and cut into small cubes

3.In a blender, mix pitaya and banana with 1 cup of skim milk. Blend until smooth

4.Stir in maple syrup
